Question 1

What does MissedCall Revenue cover?

Accepted Answer

The service is described as covering new HVAC inquiries from calls, texts, and contractor websites, along with lead qualification, estimate next steps, and follow-up. Phone and text setup and the details of follow-up should be confirmed for your business.

Question 2

How are missed calls and texts handled?

Accepted Answer

Calls and texts are included in the stated service scope. This app does not verify a phone or SMS provider, number connection, or per-account availability, so confirm the setup for your business before relying on it.

Question 3

What happens when a customer sends a website inquiry?

Accepted Answer

The website widget collects the inquiry for the contractor to review. It may use AI to respond and qualify the request against the contractor’s saved service area, business hours, and booking rules. Submitting the inquiry does not book or confirm an appointment.

Question 4

How does the service qualify an HVAC inquiry?

Accepted Answer

For the website inquiry flow, AI qualification uses the contractor’s saved service area, business hours, and booking rules. It does not promise that a job will be accepted or that a particular appointment time is available.

Question 5

Does an inquiry book an estimate?

Accepted Answer

No. A website inquiry is sent for contractor review and is not an appointment confirmation. After qualification, the contractor can record an estimate appointment in the workspace. No visitor self-booking or calendar integration is verified.

Question 6

What follow-up is included?

Accepted Answer

Follow-up is part of the stated service scope, but this app does not document a verified follow-up cadence, channel, or automation. Ask about the setup for your business through the walkthrough request.

Question 7

What does the service cost?

Accepted Answer

The published active price is $499 per month. Checkout also offers an optional $25–$50 per qualified appointment rate if selected, but appointment billing is currently inactive and no appointment fees are being charged.
